Relax, Renew and Restore Retreat

Cost for the Hawaiian Yoga Retreat: $1850 (complete information)

The cost includes 6 nights, 7 days lodging at the breath-taking Kona Plantation (www.thekonaplantation.com), chef catered dinner meals, a fully stocked kitchen with select healthy foods, daily yoga, meditation, journalizing exercises, final day luau entertainment, and access to the plantation property recreational activities (pool, ping pong, shuffle board, tennis courts ) and transportation once you reach the plantation for outside excursions. The cost for airfare and excursions is not included.

Womens Work/Life Balance Conference

Cost: TBD

• Each attendee gets two days, two nights stay at resort TBD
• Breakfast and dinner provided and one night of happy hour. Lunch is on your own during your breakout both days.
• Fitness activities (yoga and tennis each day and one spa treatment!)
• Two keynotes, two panel sessions
• Each attendee also gets to enjoy the breakout sessions (see list of amazing life enhancing breakout themes to choose from)!
